•»How far in advance must I reserve?
We recommend that you reserve as far in advance of your show as possible as capacity is limited. Unless already sold out, we will do our best to accommodate all reservation requests made at least 24 hours prior to show time. If possible, we will accept reservations within 24 hours of show time; however, shuttle and restaurant capacities will dictate availability at that point.

•» What is the price?
The price varies by restaurant partner and menu package. Our packages range from $55 to $69 per person depending on your selection and include: parking, dining and venue shuttle service.
•»Where do I park?
You will park your vehicle in the designated parking area of the Dine & Ride restaurant partner you select. Most of our restaurant partners offer valet service.

•» How do I get my car after the show?
Your return shuttle will deliver you to where your car is parked. If with a partner that offers valet, please present your stamped ticket. Your parking cost has been paid.
•» Do I have to make a separate reservation with the restaurant?
No. Once you have a confirmed reservation with Dine & Ride, we will take care of everything for you, including making your reservation at our partner restaurants. A one-stop reservation process!
•» How do reservation times work?
Depending on what time you want to arrive at the venue (most prefer within 15 to 30 minutes prior to show-time), we will make your reservation at the restaurant to ensure enough time for you to enjoy dinner, catch the shuttle and arrive at the venue. Generally speaking you may figure that your reservation will be about one-and–a-half to two hours ahead of the time that you want to arrive at the show. The final reservation time is based on many factors, including availability at time of booking.
•» What if I'm late for my reservation?
You will be seated and served when you arrive. The restaurant will not give your reservation away. As this is a service with a timing element, your arrival time at the venue could be affected by late restaurant arrival. Fortunately, if you are a confirmed Dine & Ride customer, you will have more than one opportunity to catch a shuttle regardless of what time you arrive.
•» Is this service pre-paid?
The service is not pre-paid. You will be asked to provide a credit card at time of confirmation. That card will be authorized for the amount that will be charged on the night of your event. Once payment is authorized your reservation is confirmed. The card will be charged on the night of your event.
•» What am I paying for?
When you confirm your reservation on our secure payment page, you will see a total that includes tax and tip. Both tax and tip are passed directly through to our restaurant partner. So your final total includes payment for selected menu package, tax and service tip inside restaurant, valet parking outside the restaurant and shuttle service to and from the venue pre and post show.
•»Will I get a confirmation email?
Yes. Your confirmation email will be sent once the reservation is confirmed. The confirmation email will contain your partner restaurant’s address and a link with directions. It will also contain your final reservation time as well as parking instructions and ticketing..
•» Will I get directions to the restaurant?
Yes, we will provide a link in your confirmation email with directions to your chosen restaurant partner.
•» Must I bring my confirmation email?
Yes. Unless you have a mobile device that allows access to emails, please print and bring your confirmation email. In many cases, that email will serve to notify the valet not to charge you again for parking as you are a Dine & Ride customer. You should never need your confirmation inside our partner restaurant. When arriving at the restaurant, simply announce yourself under the name of your reservation. The restaurant will know that you are a Dine & Ride customer and take it from there!
•» What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 72 hours prior to show time. If you attempt to cancel after that 72 hour deadline, you may be subject to a cancellation charge of $20 per person in your reservation depending on our ability to resell your reserved spots prior to show time.
